Shipping and Pickup Options
$750 Order Minimum: Strictly required for all wholesale distribution warehouse releases. Total weight is calculated automatically in your cart as you add items. Ensure your transport vehicle, trailer, or job-site setup is rated to handle your configuration prior to dispatch.
Will Call Yard Pickups
- Orders Under $5,000 (No Appointment Needed): Pickups are standard drop-in once confirmed. Arrive during normal Will Call hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Last load initiated by 1:45 PM).
- Orders Exceeding $5,000 (Appointment Required): To streamline yard staging and prevent transit delays for large material packs, a dedicated pickup window must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Heavy-load appointment windows are expanded from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Vehicle & Loading Requirements: Side-loadable flatbeds, equipment trailers, or heavy lumber racks are required for forklift loading.
- Load Securement Notice: Yard operators will place all material bundles cleanly onto your vehicle bed. Drivers are entirely responsible for bringing their own tie-down straps and securing their own loads prior to exiting the distribution gate.
Flatbed Job Site Delivery
Orders over $5,000 automatically unlock our flat-rate job site delivery program. We dispatch a dedicated commercial hotshot flatbed directly to your construction coordinates for a $195 flat fee within a 100-mile geographic radius of the Stockton hub.
Job Site Offloading Requirements
- Orders Over $40,000: High-volume shipments automatically include a premium truck-mounted Moffett forklift for seamless, hands-off job site offloading.
- Orders Under $40,000: To maintain direct-wholesale shipping rates, standard delivery flatbeds do not carry mechanical forklifts. These drops require an on-site framing crew, telehandler, or forklift. (Note: Because engineered lumber is dry and uniform, smaller $5k–$12k structural packages are highly practical for rapid manual offloading by a standard 2-man crew).
